America’s Flood will complete your Determinations for loan origination's. Each month we send loan and determination data into the MAPGUARD program to be updated in the MAPGUARD database.

You send loan transfer and payoff data directly to MAPGUARD, which handles the tape or report interfaces and keeps the data up to date on each loan for it’s full term.

Each month, FEMA flood map changes are entered into the MAPGUARD database, and Redeterminations are completed for each affected loan.

MAPGUARD then sends certified notification of the changes to you or to the new servicer within a maximum of 75 days after the map change.

The MAPGUARD policy and tracking service are transferable to new servicers at no charge.
